Goal: DKMC was looking to Increase total volume and hire loan officers across all regions. The internal marketing team's goal was two parts. One to create more compelling and engaging recruiting materials reaching all regions, and two provide recruiters and hiring managers with knowledge, tools, and a fun challenge to enhance recruiting measures.
Insight: Believe the Hype! Believe the hype stems from discussions recruiters have had with potential recruits where the feedback has overwhelmingly been "Wow everything you talk about offering is true!"
Roles: Lead Designer / Art Director / Strategy
Final assets included an updated joindkmortgage.com website, recruiting booklet, long-form and short-form videos, social posts, email drip campaign, and print advertisements. A promotional box was sent to top recruits including the booklet, promotional items, and a video player.
